Eligibility

• The vehicle must be returned within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• The vehicle must have been driven no more than 300 additional miles from the odometer reading at delivery.
• The vehicle must be returned to the selling dealership during normal business hours.

Vehicle Condition

The vehicle must:

• Be in the same condition as when delivered, normal wear excepted.
• Be free of damage, excessive wear, abuse, or modifications.
• Include all original keys, owner’s manuals, accessories, floor mats, charging equipment, if applicable, and any other items delivered with the vehicle.
• Have a clear title status with no liens, encumbrances, or accidents occurring after delivery.

The dealership reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before accepting its return.

Restocking Fee

• If the customer returns the vehicle and requests a refund, a $399.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• If the customer exchanges the vehicle for another vehicle in dealership inventory, the $399.00 restocking fee is waived.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Commercial or fleet vehicle purchases.
• Vehicles purchased for business use.
• Vehicles that have been damaged, modified, abused, raced, or used for towing beyond manufacturer recommendations.
• Vehicles that exceed the 5-day or 300-mile limit.
• Special-order, specialty, exotic, or otherwise designated non-returnable vehicles.
• Transactions prohibited by a lender, manufacturer, or state law.
